Supporting greater participation in sports and physical activity is a very good aim, given the benefits not only to physical health but also mental health and social wellbeing. And it is helpful to all groups, but in particular to those who need special forms of sporting opportunity because of medical condition, like this variation of football - walking football. So we pray for all those local people that could benefit from sporting opportunities that take account of the issues they face. We pray for all those local organisations, groups and individuals that put in the time, resources and effort to create specially designed sporting activities in local communities.
